Chalaka. I know, because my Sefardi grandsons had them. I remember I was in Israel for the first and we davened Shacharis in Rav Ovadiah Yosef's Shul so that my son-in-law could get Rav Ovadiah to do the first snip.

He will attend and participate in brit milot, chalakot etc for just about anybody and everyone that attends his shul. Which I think is great because you'd expect the man to be very busy.
