Online Resources for Tisha b'Av (and all year)

Postby rivka » Wed Jul 17, 2013 2:24 am

I find fasting very difficult these days, so going to one of the various local series of videos or speakers is Right Out. This year I found many online resources, and while the fast is nearly over (already over for most of you), I thought I'd share them for future reference (and so I can find them easily again next year).

TorahAnytime is a wonderful site, with many recorded lectures (videos and audio files as well). They also frequently have live streaming lectures, and they had several for Tisha b'Av, both last night and all day today. ("All day" Eastern time, anyway.) Many of the videos from this year are up already at http://www.torahanytime.com/category-vi ... 8&subid=43 , as well as many from previous years' Tisha b'Av speakers.

Aish has a nice selection of Tisha b'Av videos, from a couple minutes to hour-long.

What other online Tisha b'Av (or general) sources for Torah lectures have you found?

For me it has to be http://www.yutorah.org; it is a resource from Yeshiva University and has some 65,000 odd Shiurim to listen to or download on just about any topic you care to name.

They're the competition (for where I work), but a great resource nonetheless. Thanks!
